He has taught courses on substance use disorders for many years, as well as provided dozens if not hundreds of presentations on the topic to groups ranging from pharmacists and physicians to community organizations. Today I want to talk about Pharmacy and Entrepreneurial ship. If you look at the history of pharmacy and how the profession began, being an entrepreneur was really a large part of the profession as pharmacists opened their own drugstores and needed to maintain a business. This has been very tough for many small independent pharmacies today as PBMs have been wreaking havoc on the ability for many pharmacies to stay open.
