The topic is about how when talking to a person you should listen to them carefully as they may know something that you don't. Oftentimes in conversations with one another we can find ourselves trying to prove a point, to "win" rather than to listen and learn. We tend to seek only the answers that support our perspectives and views and because of this tend to miss the opportunities of gaining new knowledge that we could acquire if we could only learn to listen. We'll discuss how important it is to truly listen to those we talk to and how the rewards it can yield.
