  • fully engaged dropped 5%
  • actively looking for jobs up 6%
  • feeling respected in workplace drop in 7%
  • not getting good feedback; 16% on site not getting feedback; 20% remote; 24% hybrid

Workers are feeling…disrespected, lack of communication, lack of clear expectations and lack of feedback.

How can you as a leader ensure your people are engaged? What is the solution? Is there disparity of those working onsite, hybrid, remote and part-time?  Here are three areas to work through.
