By renting your property as a furnished home for 30-days or more, you can increase your cash flow, avoid local short-term regulations and occupancy tax, simplify your bookkeeping, and use your property as a guest home when it’s not rented. It’s a niche that seems to be growing in popularity and is known as medium-term rentals.
