Multimodality imaging plays a pivotal role in evaluating inflammatory cardiomyopathy, particularly when cardiac sarcoidosis (CS) is suspected. Symptoms of CS include unexplained high-grade AV block, ventricular arrhythmias, reduced left ventricular function, or regional wall thinning without coronary disease.
