She's a Fire Fighter/EMT by trade but in her off time you'll find this multi-sport champion at the gym training for masters bodybuilding shows or on the track, training for masters track and field events. A successful track and field athlete in high school, college and post graduating( she qualified for the Olympic Trials in 2004!) as well as fitness competitor, she hung up her spikes and heels to start working as a firefighter/EMT as well as raise a family. At age 40, she returned to her first love of track and field and has been competing ever since breaking several American Masters records along the way! She even jumped into 2 masters bodybuilding shows and won those too!
