For years I thought once I made more money, I’d finally feel safe and relaxed. I thought hitting those bigger months would be the thing that made me feel grounded, secure, held.
But even when the money was flowing in—I still felt stressed, anxious and on edge.
Waking up at 3 am feeling stressed and anxious. My nervous system was still stuck in survival mode.
Because anxiety isn’t a mindset problem—it’s a sign my body was stuck in fight-or-flight, carrying YEARS of stored stress and survival energy.
