As we say goodbye to 2025, we’re reflecting on a year filled with more milestones than we ever imagined. We lift up our friends who are suffering, trusting them to the Lord, knowing that “The Lord is close to the brokenhearted” (Psalm 34:18). Embracing that we are beautifully broken, we allow Christ’s light to shine through our wounds, for His power is made perfect in weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9). “A humble soul does not trust itself but places all its confidence in God. God defends the humble soul and lets himself into its secrets, and the soul abides in unsurpassable happiness...

Behold I am the haindmaid of the LORD be it done unto me according to your word! Andvent is a season of waiting, a pause before the messiah is born. We need to sit and wait and prepare our hearts. The Angle asked our Lady to be the mother of God, she paused and then declaired.. Behold I am the haindmaid of the LORD be it done unto me according to your word! Mary teaches us the pattern: Listen. Believe. Receive. Give praise. At the Annunciation, she offers her FIAT — a yes that lets God’s life enter the world. One hand of the Pietà cradles Christ, the other stays open. So must ours. How...

In this episode, we take a deep look at what it truly means to live with modesty in heart, mind, and appearance—especially in a culture that constantly tells us to seek attention and validation. We’ll talk about how children are shaped by what they see online, how womanhood is being redefined through social media, and how we can anchor our identity in the Lord rather than in the world’s opinions. Through honest conversation and biblical reflection, we’ll explore how to teach modesty not as shame or restriction, but as freedom—a reflection of who we are in Christ. Whether you’re a...

In a culture that glorifies busyness and distraction, slowing down is countercultural—but it might just be essential for your soul. In this episode, reflect on Psalm 46:10: “Be still and know that I am God,” and let it echo through the lens of Philippians 4:4–9. St. Paul calls us to “rejoice in the Lord always,” to “let [our] reasonableness be known to everyone,” and to “not be anxious about anything.” How? By turning everything—our stress, our schedules, our restlessness—into prayer. “Whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just… think about these...

info_outlineIt may be that he can no longer stand on his feet and suffering has shaped his character, but this speech by Pope Francis a few days ago is simply AMAZING!
"You can have flaws, be anxious and even be angry, but do not forget that your life is the greatest enterprise in the world. Only you can stop it from failing.
You are appreciated, admired and loved by so many.
Remember that being happy is not having a sky without storm, a road without accidents, a job without effort, a relationship without disappointments.
“To be happy is to stop feeling like a victim and become the author of your own fate.”
It's walking through deserts, but being able to find an oasis deep in the soul.
It's thanking God every morning for the miracle of life.
It’s kissing your children, cuddling your parents, having poetic moments with your friends, even when they hurt us.
"Being happy is letting the creature that lives in each of us live, free, joyful and simple.
You have the maturity to be able to say: "I've made mistakes." It's having the courage to say I'm sorry.
It's having the sense to say, "I need you."
Is having the ability to say, "I love you."
May your life become a garden of opportunities for happiness... that in spring he may be a lover of joy and in winter a lover of wisdom.
"And when you make a mistake, start over. Because only then will you be in love with life. You'll discover that being happy isn't having a perfect life. But use tears to irrigate tolerance. Use your defeats to train your patience.
"Use your mistakes with the serenity of the sculptor. Use pain to tune into pleasure. Use obstacles to open the windows of intelligence. Never give up ... Above all never give up on the people that love you. Never give up on being happy, because life is an incredible spectacle."
Thank you, Pope Francis for these words. Please God help me to focus on the lovely sky, not just the storm & let my pain turn into pleasure. If you are suffering my friend you are NOT alone!!! Know of my prayers & turn to the Lord!
