In this espresso shot, I examine the sixth Beatitude from Matthew 5:8: “Blessed are the pure in heart, for they will see God.”
This is the seventh podcast in a 9-podcast series devoted to reviewing the eight Beatitudes that open Jesus’ Sermon on the Mount in the Gospel of Matthew. In this podcast, as with the previous ones in this series, I’m examining how purity of heart reflects Jesus, and how it ought to be a goal in our lives, and finally how this beatitude points us toward heaven.
