Mackenzie Holznecht is a former strength and conditioning coach who’s taken the science of getting in shape and applied it to real, everyday life. She believes that attainable and sustainable changes add up to big results over time. After trying a number of different jobs Mackenzie decided to stick with building a fitness coaching business.
