In our second episode of Sharing Perspectives, we interviewed Eileen Mastricova, Senior Director of Children's Services for The Arc of Union County. Eileen walked us through the steps of an evaluation and talked about how children receiving Early Intervention have responded to services during the COVID-19 pandemic. Eileen discussed the benefits of EI for family structure and siblings and recommended ways to create a smooth transition when a child turns three. With her ten years of experience at The Arc of Union County, Eileen also shared how EI has evolved to where it is today.
