The Arts for Social Inclusion project awarded successful applicants funding for the creation of new collaborative artworks. The works bring artists of different mediums together to create pieces that tell new stories about migration, displacement, and the lived experience of upheaval.
In this episode we spoke to Fabio Joel Tunno and Elena Yaqubee. Having met in a refugee center in Greece, they started working together on musical works. Their latest piece, Charkh Bezan, narrates the struggle facing Afghani women and serves as a reminder of the beauty lost in conflict.
