The Art of Strength and Mind Podcast was inspired by the story of the gym, Art of Strength Fitness.

The gym has set out on a course to provide trainers the tools and support to be successful, and in the process, they can help others and their community.

The idea behind the podcast came through a brainstorming session with Brandon and the owners of Art of Strength Fitness. Because of the way they are affecting so many lives in positive ways, Brandon, who is a fitness professional and avid entrepreneur, felt that the story needed to be told and he took charge of launching the podcast with his co-host Eugene. This is the story of how it begins.
