The Autism in Black Podcast is hosted by Maria Davis-Pierre, LMHC, and focuses on all things autism and the black parent experience. Our goal is to educate, support, and empower black parents to advocate not only for their children but for themselves as well. Today's guest is Dr. Diamond Rashad who is a neurodivergent pediatric occupational therapist in Georgia that collaborates with parents by connecting perinatal and pediatric health, as well as mental health, social-emotional development, and total child development. She believes in assisting parents in assisting themselves in raising resilient and empowered children along with celebrating neurotype diversity.

In this episode, we are going to be diving into some of those things that you all want to know about occupational therapy.
