Lori Dupont, a nurse at Hôtel-Dieu Grace Hospital in Windsor, Ontario, was tragically killed on November 12, 2005. Despite her concerns about her ex-boyfriend Dr. Marc Daniel, hospital administration did not take sufficient action to protect Lori.
