In this episode of On The Move, I sit down with Jackie Diaz, a Latina entertainment reporter, host, content creator, and producer based in Miami, Florida.
Jackie’s television career began at WSVN Channel 7, Miami’s highest-rated news station. She later landed her dream role as a contributing entertainment journalist for a digital platform focused on young Latinos. Throughout her career, Jackie has covered major red carpet events including Univision’s Premio Juventud, Premios Lo Nuestro, and Nuestra Belleza Latina, building relationships with record labels, publicists, and some of the biggest names in the Latin music industry.
Her high-profile interviews include artists and personalities like Nicky Jam, Omar Chaparro, and many more. When the world shifted during the COVID-19 pandemic, Jackie took a leap of faith and launched her own digital entertainment platform for Latin culture called Vibras TV.
