Simon chose this film because it’s been a favourite of his for a very long time and Mikey has yet to see it, will they meet eye to eye on this cultural phenomenon? WE WOULD’VE GOTTEN AWAY WITH IT TOO IF IT WASN’T FOR THESE MEDDLING AMISH! Harrison Ford switches it up in 1985’s Witness directed by Peter Weir. This time he’s a detective undercover in Amish Country protecting a child witness, but there’s also lost treasure, an amish spacecraft and robot androids trying to kill everyone. At least that’s what I think, I haven’t watched it yet. What film would you have picked for W? @bondingtimepod on Facebook, Instagram, X & Letterboxd! Music: Bonding Time Theme Song:

THIS MOD IS ABOUT TO ROCK YOUR WORLD! Franc Roddam’s Quadrophenia is based on The Who’s 1973 rock opera of the same name, despite this, it is not a musical nor does it star The Who. The 1979 British drama does have something to say about being young and hating growing up though. Deep down don’t we all just want to be partying, doing drugs and riding our scooters along the cliffside in dramatic fashion? It’s all part of growing up.
