How do we create a self-image that clarifies where we end and the rest of the world begins in service of having healthy boundaries? In this lesson, it's not a matter of having boundaries with others, but with ourselves. For people with childhood wounds or trauma, circumstances beyond anyone's control can reactivate old pain. But being mindfully grounded in the body helps. How? It makes it more clear where the line is between what emotions are yours in contrast to what is someone else's stuff, so that you don't take on negativity from the environment. Living with a clear sense of self enables greater balance, serenity and calm.
