In this lesson we continue our exploration of rolling to lengthen as a viable alternative to stretching. And perhaps what's true is that stretching falls more within the domain of exercise, whereas Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement lessons are not meant to replace any kind of exercise. In fact, they augments any kind of exercise you choose to do. They improve everything you do: cognition, perception, the ability to juggle many things at once and to understand how to find stability without overextending yourself in space AND within the context of your life and your relationships.
