More Episodes

In today's episode, we have our first return guest! The trailblazing model, entrepreneur, podcast host, and new mom, Hunter McGrady, joins me for a conversation about navigating body image, sex and intimacy while pregnant...and get ready because we really go there. We discuss the jarring shift in body image as it changes throughout pregnancy, the complexities of pregnant sex, finding new ways to express intimacy, navigating all of the awkward conversations that arise with your partner during pregnancy, and so much more.

This is a conversation that I personally have been dying to have and I could think of no better person to have it with than Hunter - I'm so grateful to have her join me again. I hope you can take something from our conversation, or at least, enjoy a little tea spilling. If you'd like to hear more from Hunter, check out her podcast with her amazing sister, Michaela, 'Model Citizen.'
