• “Never let a good crisis go to waste.” In Cyber Security, there are no “I will get to it later” crisis calls for immediate action. Once calm has been restored, it is time to gather your team(s), dissect all that happened, and identify the elements that need to be altered, enhanced, deleted, newly developed….

 

• Foster individuality and motivate your team. Encourage your team members to develop their unique strengths and identities. Avoid forcing conformity; instead, celebrate their uniqueness and energize them with motivational moments. Use quotes, stories, or insights to keep them focused and positive.
  
  

• Building trust and respect. Cultivate trust and respect within your team by consistently demonstrating empathy and grace. Recognize the impact of your actions and words on others, and strive to create a supportive environment.
