They discuss the 2020-2021 Women in College Coaching Report Card that was presented during the Breakout Session: Women Coach Data. The dataset included all head coaches of women’s teams (N = 3617) at 357 institutions of higher education in the United States that were current members of 32 NCAA Division–I conferences.
