If someone asked you how to become a Christian, would you know how to explain it with clarity and confidence? This week, we’ll explore how to share the simple yet life-changing message of the gospel—the invitation to believe in Jesus and surrender to Him—so that others can discover the joy of new life and the hope of eternity with God.

It is possible to share our faith with both boldness and kindness. This week we’ll unpack 1 Peter 3:15, where we’re called to explain the hope we have “with gentleness and respect.” If the gospel is truly good news—bringing joy, hope, and love—then the way we share it should reflect the beauty and power of the message itself.

Sharing our faith isn’t a church program or one-time event—it’s a way of life. God invites us to live with a constant awareness of where He is at work around us and to be ready to join Him in those moments. As 1 Peter 3:15 reminds us, we are to “always be prepared to give an answer” when asked about the hope we have. Each of us has been uniquely created—with our own gifts, stories, and personalities—so we can share Jesus naturally and authentically in the way He designed us.

When it comes to sharing our faith, it all starts in our hearts. If we understand how much God loves us and have received God’s forgiveness and joy, that enables us to live with hope. But it all starts with what 1 Peter 3:15 says: “revere Christ as Lord.” This week, we examine what it means and what impact it has on our lives when we “revere Christ.”

How can we be salt of the earth people? Is too much salt bad? What would it look like for believers to be salty in a way that leaves the world better?
