Was this perception or wish, subject to the decade in which you were brought up in, coupled with your present age. Are youth thoughts a matter of the class in which one was born...

Return of the Trump! (Part 1)
Black Spy Podcast, Season 17, Episode 0007
This week's Black Spy Podcast is part one of a two part critical thinking analysis of what now President elect Donald Trump might do now we know he has won the 2024 U.S. Presidential Election. Carlton suggests that the new Trump's administration is likely prioritize a return to his previous domestic economic policies, emphasizing tax cuts and deregulation to stimulate growth. Trump may reinstate tariffs on foreign goods, particularly targeting China, to protect American industries and reduce trade deficits. This approach could lead to heightened tensions in international trade relations.
In foreign policy, Trump has expressed a desire to end U.S. involvement in the Ukraine conflict, advocating for negotiations rather than military support. His stance on Israel may remain supportive of Prime Minister Netanyahu, potentially overlooking the complexities of the Gaza situation while emphasizing Israel's right to defend itself. Trump's administration might adopt a more hands-off approach regarding the West Bank and Palestinian issues, focusing instead on strengthening U.S.-Israel ties.
Regarding China, Trump could escalate confrontational rhetoric, particularly concerning Taiwan, as he aims to assert U.S. interests in the Indo-Pacific region. However, he may also seek to avoid direct military conflict, preferring economic measures and diplomatic pressure.
Overall, Trump’s presidency would likely reflect a blend of nationalism and isolationism, with a focus on American interests while navigating complex global challenges.
This is once again a great Black Spy Podcast that aims to be entertaining whilst educating and lay down the themes for listeners to perform their own research.
