298 Ryan Bundy for Governor Timelines Interview

Ryan Bundy was indicted on conspiracy and other allegations, accused of rallying militia members and armed supporters to stop federal officers from carrying out a court order and impounding the cattle. 

Later, U.S. District Judge Gloria M. Navarro dismissed the prosecution, citing "flagrant misconduct" by prosecutors and the FBI in not disclosing evidence before and during the trial.

Judge Navarro sited six types of evidence that was withheld by the prosecutor and ruled that each was violation was willful.
