A binge-free life is created by dismissing one binge urge at a time, and by eating adequately one meal/snack at a time. This requires consistency. If you’re someone who tends to do well for a little while just to slip back into old behaviors, or if you want to prevent that from happening, this episode is going to be useful to you.
