In the current state of the coaching industry, we are being called towards a new way of leadership. We are seeking alignment more than anything else. No more pushing and forcing things to happen. No more hustling our way to our goals, disconnected from our hearts, hurting our bodies + our relationships in the process. Today’s guest is one of our only repeat guests on Bucci Radio, my good friend Alyssa Nobriga. Alyssa is a Clinical Somatic Psychotherapist with two master’s degrees in Psychology, and runs a 7 figure coaching business. She’s personally supported tens of thousands of...

Oftentimes, entrepreneurs get stuck doing things they think they SHOULD be doing, when in reality, success as an entrepreneur comes from actually understanding your inner self. When you’re confronted with thousands of other people doing something similar to you on the daily, it’s imperative to develop a strong sense of self and make decisions based on what’s the most aligned for you; rather than what’s trending. Today’s guest is Josh Hamilton, my co-founder and business partner for The Entrepreneurial Archetype Brand. Josh is an Entrepreneur archetype; meaning he’s a behind the...

Today’s guest is my friend Nicole Nowparvar. Nicole is a licensed psychotherapist and life coach who helps her clients build their confidence, master life transitions and connect to themselves. We are currently living in the age of the “Expert;” where everyone is an authority, but we’re all afraid to be a human. This is creating a culture of disembodiment for fear of not living up to the impossible standards of credibility set by our social media culture. Instead of fully embodying and living authentically to be in service of others, we are instead focused on appearing as the polished expert to our audience. Today’s guest is Spiritual Leader and WOC Advocate, Devi Brown. Devi and I met at my spiritual psychology program as USM, and she has been an absolute...

We don’t want to relate to darkness as bad or negative. As much as we want to be “high-vibe,” “positive” and “energetic matches” for that which we desire--repression of darkness only festers more darkness. When we don’t ADDRESS or CONFRONT the shadow [be it our perceived “negative” or “positive” traits and qualities] it ends up unconsciously seeping through the cracks of our psyche into thoughts, emotions, and actions as a projection of the internal world in the external, material reality. When we do ADDRESS and CONFRONT our shadow, we can then integrate it into our...

info_outlinen today’s episode, we’re diving into how to bridge the race gap in the online coaching space! Our guest--Topsie Vandenbosch--is a mindset coach for female entrepreneurs, a clinical mental health therapist who has focused on ambitious women that struggle with anxiety and depression, and the “truth teller” as she’s known by her audience. Topsie has an extremely powerful voice and speaks on mindset shifts we can use to be an anti-racist and bridge the race gap in the coaching industry.
In this episode, we discuss how the experience of Black coaches and entrepreneurs differs from that of white coaches, how to create equal opportunity for Black coaches in the space, and the roll spiritual bypassing plays in keeping white supremacy alive. We also dive into how white brands and influencers can come across as privileged and unrelatable to audience members who may not look like them, the harmful effects of avoiding negativity and uncomfortable conversations or emotions, validation and creating safety, standing on the side of what’s right and holding your integrity, and mindset shifts we can all practice moving forward to bridge this gap.
