But, through the kindness of those in her community, Ms. Harris learned to smile. She opened a restaurant in her mid-teens. It seems like it was just a month ago that we talked to Brian and Chelsea Mister about the first ever Around the Crown 10K that closed down 277 for a first-of-its-kind road race in Charlotte. Well, that's because it *was* just a month ago.

Just last night, Brian and the ATC10K team announced the 2020 date of the ATC10K at NoDa Brewing Company. It's a big announcement, because the race will shift from a fall to a spring date in 2020 because of the RNC and other events.

What is the date of the 2020 ATC10K? Tune in to find out.

In the second segment of the podcast, we hear from Shan Wallace, as she talks about Sisters With Stories, a portrait project she created in partnership with the YWCA.

The Biscuit Podcast is produced by Tim Miner, Matt Olin and Andy Goh. Music by Harvey Cummings.
