Corean is a Transformational Speaker, Certified Life and Leadership Coach, Well Being Expert, podcast Host and Professional Improvisor. She is co-founder of Shift To Play- a culture strategy firm that helps organizations shift to a more collaborative, innovative and inclusive culture by transforming team communication, connection and creativity.
Corean started career in radio and moved through corporate culture and got burnt out. Her health got bad and she was in bed for 3 months but she kept pushing herself. It wasn’t until her mom got ill that she realized time was not infinite. She was watching her mom suffer from end of life regrets and it woke her up.
In our conversation we talk about the importance of reinvention, of self-care, of listening to your gut, and taking life slow to appreciate the beauty of our lives.
