He is a black belt in multiple martial arts and as a pioneer in mixed martial arts was the first American to win light heavyweight gold in the Shooto promotion in Japan.

I also open up about some personal stuff I usually don't dive into on the show. I took a few weeks off and I offer a little bit of explanation as to why about 2/3 of the way through the show.
