Welcome to the very first Friday edition of Collected Possibilities, focused on our Existential Question of the Week!

This week's focus is sauces, spreads, toppings, and the like - the added & enhanced flavor experience only a condiment can provide. There are so many different options out there and only a few are so ubiquitous that you can find them in nearly ever US restaurant or home regardless of culture, price point, or style of cuisine. We know our Main Eventers, our Mount Rushmore, dominated by familar named like Ketchup, Mustard, Mayonaise, and BBQ Sauce. That leaves incredible ingredients as relative unknowns to large swathes of people. So lets open our eyes, and mouths, to the possibilities by asking - "What is The Most Under Rated Condiment?"

Along the way try not to get caught in the Honey Mustard hate, ruminate on the essence of "zing," and confront our underlying fear of fruit spreads. Be a fly on the wall at Geek Brunch, and learn which condiment is the only one to be picked twice by our esteemed panel of experts!
