On this episode I caught up with Adobera Ejikeme is the founder of Identity Creates. Identity creates is a platform for entry-level creatives to gain insight and access into the industry. They do this by providing events, workshops and interviews. Adobera graduated with a BA in Architecture, she founded Identity creates soon after graduation because of the lack of support and insight she received when rerouting into a role within branding.
