Never too Late to Heal Your Childhood with Monica Evans

In this episode I interviewed Monica Evans, Clinical EFT practitioner and mentor. She shares a little bit about clinical EFT tapping and why it is so potent and efficient at re-wiring your brain. I talked about my experience with cellular memory and my epiphany about my childhood trauma. Monica shared her story and we talked about the characteristics of trauma, subtle trauma, and even if we make many mistakes as parents, we can feel better because it's never too late to heal.
