Find something else that motivates you to exercise. What do I mean?

Here are four examples:

Are you social? You can walk and chat with a friend. If you love animals, start a dog walking service. This creates accountability and forces you to walk each day. And heck, you get paid too!

Do you love novels? Download an audiobook onto your phone and set a rule: You can only listen to each chapter while you walk. Do you love to learn? Listen to podcasts while you walk. This stimulates your mind and takes the focus away from being active.

As you can see, there are lots of ways to add fun to walking. Try one today. You’ll have more energy, improve your health and burn calories too.
