Kristin is the founder of Her Therapy Space, a mental health private practice in Washington, DC.  Kristin shared her journey to starting Her Therapy Space, a practice that helps women in the areas of anxiety, depression, toxic relationships and boundaries.  She shares how her own personal struggle with setting boundaries resulted in her relocating and watching her life crumble as a result of people pleasing and her inability to say no.
