I also ask Him to give me an anchor Scripture to mediate on and study more fully. This year He gave me the Word TRUST. He began by asking me, “Debbie, do you trust me?” I started to say, “Yes, I trust You, Lord.” But I knew the question meant, there was some area of my life where I needed to work on trusting Him more. He also gve me Jeremiah 17:7-8 as my anchor Scripture for this year.
