A very common aspect of many people’s lives is their relationship to birth control. However, many of us don’t have any sort of conversations around it. This episode of deep chats dives right into a very real, very relatable birth control journey. Katelyn Colia Huening is an Empowerment and Mind body coach. She believes in the interconnectedness of all things, especially our mental, spiritual and emotional bodies. She specializes in assisting empathetic over-givers in stripping away their conditioning and revealing their embodied QUEENS. 

Katelyn and Leah talk very openly about her relationship with birth control and the traumatic experiences that resulted in the choice to free herself from it… ultimately to find herself in the process.
