More Episodes

Today we are talking with Melisa Celikel, owner of Make Sht Happen, LLC about how she left her 15 year corporate career working for Fortune 500 companies to creating a career she didn't want for herself, to once again pivoting and finally creating a job she loves!

We ask her about being a first generation US Citizen, as well as what it was like to become an entrepreneur with no prior experience and without her parents' understanding.

Melisa tells us all about her organizational work with her clients and how it has everything to do with Mindset.

She also explains the journey of figuring out that even though she is highly analytical, that she is also creative and when she couldn't find a "creative group" for people like her, she created her own in order to find her tribe.

We discuss our shared disdain for all of those "5 steps to success" plans out there and she shares how she walks her clients through strategic planning to get them to where they want to be.

Melisa shares the bravery it took to go back to a 9-5 job on her own terms and how damaging it can be to imagine what others will think of you.

Lastly, she shares with us that "Action cures fear," so you should take the messy action and live with no regrets!
