Give yourself grace. Life is about ups and the downs and can be a roller coaster at times- it might get ugly before it gets good.
Don't compare yourself to anybody else. Your journey is unique to you. And only you, even if it takes a few months to a few years to a decade or more that's okay.
Find who your higher self is. And if you don't know who that is, that’s for you to discover. You will find each other.
Think about the people you have around you, and assess to see if they're actually adding value or taking away value from your life. If they are taking away value, it might be time to cut the cords.
Think about your cup when it's overflowed— it is is even greater than what it was when it was half empty.
