Drunk on Spirit
Let's explore all the ways we hold ourselves back. Sometimes it's our voice and how we express ourselves. Sometimes it's parts of ourselves that we wrap in shame and reject. Or it can be our heart's desires that we don't make time for. Maybe it's all three! Holding ourselves back can have large implications to our lives. In this episode, I explore how we restrain ourselves, when it's appropriate and healthy and when it's harmful. I'll talk through a process for re-integration, becoming whole and bringing color back into life.

We all curate and edit ourselves. Sometimes we want to be seen a certain way or sometimes it's adaptation to a certain environment. Regardless of the impetus, we can hide parts of ourselves. But what would it feel like to be fully you in the world? To be fully expressed and to have that expression be seen and valued and loved? This episode explores the process of us becoming more us -- in the world. It's about showing more of who we are. It's about bringing back in all the hidden or exiled parts and building a rich tapestry of who you fully are. It's time, my friends, to come out of hiding.

True Confession: I turned into a bitter and jaded b*tch. But I'm on the other side now and can talk about it. This episode is about the hurt that builds up inside our hearts and how that hurt, over time, can obscure our ability to see what is good in ourselves and in our lives. I'll talk through this state, how to become aware of it and the role of gratitude in helping us to navigate it. An important epside for anyone who wants to wake up the gifts of their lives and not turn into a bitter judgey grump!

Friends, I believe we are in the midst of a new age where the integrated human is awakening. It's the process of us uniting our minds, hearts and gut instincts into one cohesive, solid, clear sense of self where we are whole unto ourselves and simultaneously free to play dynamically in the world. But this doesn't happen automatically, we have to do the work to step towards it. In this episode, I talk through the process of giving attention to the mind and heart and bodies, how to unite them and to understand the gifts of this unified state. It's an exciting time. Let's go.

As we all stand on the precipice of the new, what are the new choices we feel inspired to make? I love that fresh starts can enable new choices. This episode is about how to understand the landscape and language of the heart in order to make new choices that are truly ours. I offer an approach of inner navigation to source deep wisdom in order to do something new. Choices which could bring, joy, love, play, expansion, expression, evolution to our lives. Happy 2025 to all.

When we awaken from a deep sleep, our eyes open to life. Well similarly, awakening is a metaphor for our eyes opening to a deeper truth of who we are and what is life. This episode unpacks the different paths or processes that helped me in my ongoing journey of awakening to the deepest truth of who we are as souls in physical form. I talk of study, introspection, self-analysis, finding teachers and the power of land, exploration and travel. I hope it shines a light on your own process of awakening. Enjoy.

Friends, I've returned from hiatus to bring you this wonderful episode on the nature of existence. I've spent these past few months studying some ancient Indian philosophies like Vedanta and Kashmiri Shaivism and it has awakened a deeper understanding inside of me around what is life and who we are. In this dispatch from a volcano in Bali, Indonesia, I give you a little life update, my last 2 months of travel and I unpack some of the deep revelations that my time in India gave me. Enjoy.

What is eroticism? How do we integrate the sexual self into the larger tapestry of who we are? How do we see ourselves as sexual beings; de-shamed and in our own power. How do we make the sexual act more joyous, more present, more connected and intimate? These are some of the questions I'll explore in this episode. Sex is not just sex. Eroticism is not porn or fantasy. It's the awakening of a vital aspect of who we are that has the power to enhance many facets of our lives. I hope you enjoy.

Please enjoy this dispatch from a public park in Sydney, Australia where I try to navigate profound topics like the past lives and fields of quantum potential while tourists take selfies and helicopters fly overhead. Hopefully this meandering talk, including an impromptu guided meditation brings you into a personal exploration of all the lives you could have lived and the new ones that await you.

These are challenging times my friends and perhaps we can be the heroes of our own story. It requires a paradigm shift that begins within ourselves. From one of seeing ourselves and each other as objects, that can be judged and discarded. To one of seeing ourselves and each other as sacred expressions of life to be respected, valued and loved. It's moving out of tribal dynamics and all the isms that separate us into a new world of co-creating, self-respect and life-valuing. It won't be easy, but one by one, when each of us practices this, perhaps we have a chance to shift the collective....
info_outlineBreathe, feel, listen, see - that is how we enter the heart and understand the unique experiences that our soul wants. This episode is about learning the language of the heart in order to access the unique blueprint of living that is etched in it. I discuss the power and limitations of the mind and how to move to the heart and use it as a decision-making tool. I do believe we are in a time in human evolution where the heart is awakening and it is ready to be heard, understood and lived from. Enjoy.
