Join Ari and Anna as they unpack and explore the myth that Judaism and Christianity just don't mix and thus cannot be embraced under the same roof. Particular attention will be paid to the challenges faced by Jewish and Christian clergy alike (i.e. rabbis, cantors, ministers, and priests) in addressing the needs of interfaith families who want to engage with both traditions.
Topics addressed include:
- Can Jesus Christ be recited underneath a chuppah (i.e. a Jewish wedding canopy) during an interfaith wedding?
- Are clergy willing to go against their ordination vows to support interfaith couples and families?
- Can a Jew find an authentic connection to the story of Easter?
- How interfaith families weave their faith traditions like a friendship bracelet;
