Not only is the resume a tedious exercise, but it's not the magic bullet that people want you to believe it is.  You just need to get your resume to "good enough" status....good enough to make it past the ATS (online application portal), good enough to make it past a recruiter, and ultimately, good enough to land you an interview.  In this episode, I'll guide you through a specific process to help you transform your resume in 3-5 hours.  Even better, I've got a free resource for you - the  that makes all of this even...

It's normal to be skeptical of these messages but let me tell you...these DM messages lead to REAL job opportunities. Ask me how I know! More Episodes

If you HATE talking about yourself at work or in interview settings, and you're still NOT satisfied with your career, this episode is for you.

Today I'm going to talk about the 2 different types of career personal branding: SHOWING and TELLING. Are you doing both, neither, or just one?

Most of us feel more comfortable "showing" and not "telling." We don't want to promote ourselves and use our voice. We want to "show" people about ourselves through our actions, results, and experiences.

Unfortunately, that's not enough because you are expecting people to connect the dots for you and/or read your mind.

It also shows up as HIDING in your career, leaving people NOT knowing about you and your unique gifts.

When you say you don't want to talk about yourself, you are actually silencing yourself.

Tune into this episode to learn more about the 2 different forms of career personal branding (showing and telling) with specific examples and how you can stop hiding in your career.
