This week we get into the world of fake Ted Lasso, also known as Chad Powers. Well that's a little unfair, while they share some DNA, they are very different shows. One is about Football, one is about Football. We also talk a little Hawk Tuah and Banana Ball And up front we discuss Marvel Zombies, the spinoff from Marvel's What If show. We dig into the differences from the comics and the differences from What If. And, as always, Crossovers and 30 second pitches!

Apologies for any audio issues, we recorded with a different headset and a different website. This month Steve and Chris are checking out 3 new shows which all live in Disney +... sort of. Well Hulu is merging into Disney Plus, but a lot of Hulu content is already on Disney +, and while America is not getting Star, most other countries can watch these titles on Disney + Star already. So, Good luck, but you can probably find the shows on Disney+ one way or another. First off right around 3:00 we talk about season 14 of King of the Hill (a rare case where we've watched more than just t he first...

Up front we start with some discussion of Paramount, the Late Show, Late night in general, Complying in advance and the facist state us americans are currently stuck in. Skip ahead to around 16:30 to get straight to the Dexter of it all. Dexter Resurrection! Once again we have a show where one of us has watched it all, the other is watching his first episode! After a brief break, the Episode One Podcast is back! And yes, we're covering another Comic Book show. The last of the current phase of MCU shows, Ironheart, spinning off from 2022's Wakanda Forever... in 2025.. is a six part series, but as usual, we only watched the first episode. Does this show hold up, does it reinvigorate us the way Daredevil did, does it make us want more MCU shows. (beyond Vision Quest and Wonder Man, the well is a bit dry). Also Steve's Father Bible has a youtube channel! Check out Father Bible's first short film here: https://www.youtube.com/@fatherbible

So close. So close to having a reboot of a show we've done on the podcast, be on the podcast. But we started the Pod in 2017 and Daredevil (Netflix) premiered in 2015 We are pretty close to it happening (Please Girlboss or Powerless) So Daredevil is Born Again, on Disney +. We've seen him back a few times in the MCU, including in Echo! How does this series hold up to the original, and to the recent MCU series? All this plus we end up rebooting Buffy the Vampire Slayer, because why not?

Welcome back, apologies for the short delay between episodes. things have been... weird in the US. Chris and Steve spend a bit of time decompressing, talking about shows they almost covered but didn't. Including Mr McMahon and Doctor Odyssey. Before we finally get to a new Cartoon on Adult Swim. Invincible Fight Girl! It's a pretty cute show, it fits into the wrestling trope for our podcast, and we liked it. If you want to jump straight to Invincible Fight Girl, skip ahead to about 38:00 Plus, Crossovers and 30 second pitches!
