How Are NDA and Non-Compete Agreements Evolving?

The Ontario government in Canada introduced legislation to the provincial parliament banning the use of Non-Compete Agreements. 

For years employees have been at the mercy of employers beholden to very restrictive non-compete and non-disclosure agreements.  Ontario would be the first Canadian province to ban these types of agreements.  This is a trend that leaders need to be aware of as we are seeing this type of agreement across various American states as well.
