On Sunday, February 15th, there will be a free panel discussion on Burdens Men Carry focused on mental health for men. A panel of three experts will be led through a discussion, and then the panel will take questions (face-to-face or anonymously) from the audience, followed by a roundtable discussion.
Today, we chatted with Phil Kaplan, one of the panelists, about his battle with depression and his ongoing work in advocacy. The event is NOT just for men but for spouses, partners, and families as well.
The free event will be at the Eastport United Methodist Church from 2pm to 4:30pm.
