From Wounded to Warrior with Tiffany Owen

As a certified health and wellness coach, Tiffany Owen is passionate about helping clients participate in their own rescue by radically transforming themselves into the person that God intended them to be, just like she has done.

Raised in a home with two very busy entrepreneur parents, you can say that Tiffany raised herself.

She is not a bad parent; she is just extremely busy. Tiffany was about 8-9 when her parents divorced, and her mom married someone else.

Leaving behind her family and community in Texas to move with her Mom to Kentucky, Tiffany often felt alone but tried to adjust the best that she could.

Then, one night, as she awoke from a deep sleep late at night, Tiffany discovered she was all alone.

With her parents no wear in sight and not home, Tiffany felt devastated and totally abandoned.

Meaning no harm, thinking that she would stay asleep while they went out, Tiffany was forever changed and left with severe abandonment issues and seeking self-worth in external circumstances.

Afraid that someone was always going to leave her, Tiffany often times comforted the pain she felt that night with alcohol, drugs, sex, and bad relationships.

By the time she was 29, Tiffany had already been married four times and had two children from two different dads.

Coating her pain with alcohol and drugs, Tiffany so desperately wanted the people that she loved to stop being mean and hurting her.

More afraid of living than dying and left with no fight in her, Tiffany finally hit rock bottom one day when she was given an ultimatum from her husband.

Knowing that she didn’t want to lose anymore, Tiffany found a little fight left in her to finally seek treatment and heal all that was sabotaging her life.

She shares her journey in her first book, “Wounded to Warrior: How to Participate in Your Own Rescue,” where she doesn’t hold back in telling her story and sharing the tools that helped her overcome PTSD, Addiction, Mental Health Struggles, and living in a victim mindset!

Now the keynote speaker and founder of TO Fitness, Tiffany is on a mission to empower others to be radically transformed into the person they were created to be by becoming the dominant force in their own life.

Listen in as Tiffany and I discuss how she transformed her life from victim to warrior, how she is helping others do the same, and what has helped her discover her own path to Fearless Happyness!
