Raed Jarrar was born in Iraq and got his degree in Architecture at the University of Baghdad.  His master's theses in Architecture from the U of Jordan examined local mthods of reconstruction in post-war Iraq.  Currently he is working as a consultant for the American Friends Service Committee.  Raed has worked towards bridging the gap between Iraqi leaders and U.S. Congress members.
