info_outlinen this Episode Rockford Steele joins us to discuss entrepreneurship, real estate, and of course lending! Rockford brings a wealth of experience to this podcast. You won't want to miss this episode! Rockford's Bio-
Rockford Steele is an entrepreneur and real estate investor from Oklahoma City. He served honorably in the Marine Corps from 2003 until 2011, with a tour of duty in Operation Iraqi Freedom. He received his BBA in Economics from the University of Central Oklahoma in 2014. Rockford has been licensed as a Financial Advisor, Insurance Broker and Real Estate Agent. He currently holds licenses as a Mortgage Broker and originator.
Rockford first dove into Real Estate in 2014. He focused on buying rental properties while helping people with their financial planning as a financial advisor. Since then, he has built a portfolio of rentals, purchased and sold fix and flips, and transitioned from Financial Advising to Lending and Investing.
In 2018, Rockford joined Stout Lending. Initially, his focus was to help investors refinance their existing rentals onto 30-year fixed rate, Commercial financing. In 2019, Rockford helped create a new lending company, Stout Funding, to help bring in more Commercial loan products. That business has grown into a full Commercial Loan Brokerage with more than 50 lenders on the platform. This lending arsenal includes everything from private/hard money to insurance companies as well as hedge funds and banks.
Rockford’s drive and focus is to ensure the lending platform of Stout Funding is constantly growing and expanding to meet the needs of our clientele. This focus on customers’ needs allows his team of commercial loan officers to successfully assist investors with their businesses and accomplish their goals and dreams by providing the financing tools to get deals done.
Rockford’s target is not to be the hero of his clients’ stories. He and his team want to be the ‘Q’ to the investors’ James Bond.
