Lady Carol Causieestko : The Lady, is a fierce advocate for social change, a vibrant businesswoman, style icon, costumer/clothier,  former model, internationally-trained makeup artist, and mother of two. She is the Founder and Director of Inner Makeup Enterprises (InnerMe)LLC,  and is known to many as the empowering facilitator for her signature The Return of the Lady (ROTL) tea party seminars. ROTL is a unique platform focusing on bridging the gap across relationships (e.g. familial, romantic, etc.) by facilitating healthy discussions centered on a variety of inter- and intra-personal topics including, but not limited to, mental and sexual health, intimate partner/sexual violence, and teen pregnancy with a modern touch of social etiquette.
