As Jesus prepared to ascend into heaven, He instructed His apostles to stay in Jerusalem and wait for the "promise of the Father," assuring them that they would be "baptized with the Holy Spirit." (Acts 1:4-5) The Holy Spirit truly empowers disciples of Jesus to live a life of "wisdom and revelation" in a union of heavenly love with the Blessed Trinity, that is designed to light up the world. (Eph 1:17 & Mt 5:16)
